On 27th December 2017, Kyokushin Budo Karate Shakai Sri Lanka branch had a successful day participating in the All Sri Lanka National Full Contact Championship. The event was held at Sugatadasa Indoor Stadium, Colombo, organised by Sri Lanka Karate-do Federation and over 900 participating fighters from different full contact Karate Organisations.
14 participants’ represented the Colombo Honbu dojo and their true spirit, as well as their brilliant performances, were awarded by winning the following trophies:
Five 1st places, Two 2nd places and Three 3rd places.
Thanks to our Branch Chief Sempai Nalaka Lasantha, Sempai Kanchaka Ilukwela, Thushara Sanjeewa and participants for their hard work over the past seven years. We would like to thank the Full Contact Karate-do Federation for organizing and hosting this great event.
