In order to improve the technical level of Kyokushin Budo Karate Shakai Birmingham Dojo, there was held a Kata and Kumite seminar on 1st of March 2020 in Birmingham Dojo under the guidance of Saiko Shihan Prasanna Fernando.
The first half of training focused on the Karta and Bunkai and the second half on fighting techniques. It was great training with over 30 enthusiastic and hard-working karateka including children and adults. Everyone loved the Kata and Kumite skills. And there was a great feeling of the camaraderie of Kyokushin Karate students and Instructors all training together. Osu!
