Kyokushin Karate Kata Seminar was held in KBKS Honbu Dojo on 16th November 2019.
Shihan Prasanna Fernando shared his experiences in traditional Kata including Peenan kata,Gekisai sho,Tensho, Saifa. Learning the Kata in-depth as well as the bunkai.
We had a great training with our Instructors and students. Sensei Bart van der Drift(3rd Dan), Branch of Netherland, Sempai Manolito Borsboom(2nd Dan)assistant Instructor and Sensei Darren Armstrong(3rd Dan)Branch chief of West Midland, Sensei Leon Armstrong (3rd Dan)Participated in this event.
