The Kyokushin Budo Karate Shakai Honbu Dojo held its annual summer training on the 4th of July 2021 at Irvine beach, Scotland. Training consisted of morning running, exercises, Kihon, Kata, Ido, pair work conditioning and kumite. The instructors were Shihan Prasanna Fernando (5th Dan) and Sensei Andras Grof(3rd Dan) Everyone had a great time. Osu!
