Greetings to all!

Dear Branch chiefs, Dojo Operators, Members and Friends

I wish all our members, families and friends a healthy and prosperous New Year, times of ability to dream and create, times of good planning, and ability to materialize our dreams. Year of good times and a fine sense to see, focus, and react proportionally. I wish we will continue our common path in true friendship, loyalty, and love of Sosai Masutatsu Oyama’s Kyokushin Karate, for many more good years ahead. With much care, most sincerely and friendly, always.

The past year has been a difficult and unprecedented year for everyone around the globe but has hit our Karate community has instead been filled with uncertainty amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. The reality is that it will take more hard work. As frustrating as circumstances may seem, we all will be stronger for our perseverance. I am glad our branches continued to work hard despite the difficult time we had. Our branches in Russia, Nepal, India, Madagascar, Netherlands and UK  have shown great progress. Also, new branches in Spain, Italy, Sri Lanka, Uruguay, Brazil and Bolivia have started to begin their activities. I believe they will continue to work hard for the development of their dojos. I am happy that I was able to visit Sri Lanka in October for instructors’ training and Dan examination.

I hope in 2022 Sekai Budo Karate-do Renmei Kyokushin Karate will continue to expand in other countries. I would like to take this opportunity to welcome members from the Middle East, Africa, Europe, the South Pacific, and North America who want to follow the true way of Kyokushin Karate. In 2022, we are planning to organise many activities main ones being the European championship in Italy and the International seminar in the UK.

When prosperous times come again, we will be better for the work we have done in these moments of adversity. At the end of the day, hard times create strong people and strong people create good times and prosperity.
Thank you all for your continued support, enthusiasm, dedication. May you have a happy, healthy, and successful New Year!

Osu!

Yours sincerely,
