Saiko Shihan Prasanna Fernando, President of the Sekai Budo Karate-do Renmei Kyokushin Karate traveled to Sri Lanka for training with instructors and conducted Dan examination on 23rd and 24th of October 2021.
This event was organised to support local instructors who could not attend the examination within the last years. Many thanks to Sensei Nalaka Lasantha who is the in-charge of the Colombo Dojo for arranging this occasion in his Dojo. It was nice meeting and training with Shihan’s most senior students who started Kyokushin Karate early 90’s.

Two senior Karate Instructors supported at the grading panel, chaired by sensei Kithsiri Kumaranayake(Branch chief) and Sempai Athula Kumarasiri (Former branch Instructor of Rathnapura Dojo) We believe they will continue to work hard for the development of Kyokushin Karate Sri Lanka.
